Returns
We want you to love your custom magnets! 💛 That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy – you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your magnets should be in the same condition as when they arrived and in their original packaging. Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To start a return, just drop us a line at stickysnaps9@gmail.com or use our Contact Us form. If we accept your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your magnets back. Please don’t send items back without letting us know first – we won’t be able to accept them.

Damages and Issues
Oops! Sometimes things get a little bumpy on their way to you. Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if your magnets are damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item. We’ll fix it as quickly as we can! 🛠️
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, the money will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks can take a little extra time to process refunds, so please be patient. If more than 15 business days have passed, give us a shout at stickysnaps9@gmail.com and we’ll get it sorted.
